Red Beacon is a symbolic perk. It is merely a tip in the iceberg of various perks, privileges, influence and power on VIPs over lesser mortals. It is a colonial legacy of supremacy or rulers over the ruled, where servants of the people are in reality the big bosses.

Further on …. I take it that someone contributing something extra in National interest has a case for compensation …. and should be decided by some fair agency … so that this type of privileges remain at an optimum level ……. and the additional inconvenience to average persons remains well within the acceptable range. Thus we have to perhaps wait ….. for more matured persons to come in authority.
